Background: A large variety of methods have been developed to classify the foot based on structure and alignment. Foot line test is one among them use to find out the influence of load carriage and musculoskeletal injuries that may be associated with an increased vertical ground reaction force. It helps to understand that the position of the medial prominence of the navicular, in a Mediolateral direction, would provide additional relevant information describing the amount of pronation.
