ABSTRACT This study examines the factors influencing turnover intention among primary school teachers in Selangor, Malaysia. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed online, and 313 usable responses were analyzed. The independent variables are salary and benefits, training and career development, job stress, nature of work, and relationship with co-workers while the dependent variable is turnover intention. Cronbach’s alpha was used to assess the reliability of the variables. Correlation and regression analysis was carried out to determine the relationship between the variables.
