Feeding on emotions, the grant has a long history as human history. In the historical process, it has found a widespread application under different names and forms in almost every society and has been subject to various legal regulations. For this reason, Islamic law has also closely dealt with the grant phenomenon, and includes legal arrangements on the subject. In this context, Islamic lawyers have included the issue of grant in their works; made evaluations in the light of Quran and circumcision evidences about the nature of the grant, establishment conditions, validity conditions and whether or not the grant could be returned. Hanafis take the view that the donor can return from the grant, since they adopt the approach that the donor can still make a disposition on the donated property in the grant, which refers to the assignment of a property by its owner to another while he is alive, without expecting any reward, and the republic can return a completed grant. It accepted the view that it was binding for the party making the grant and that the donor, except for the father's child grant, cannot return from the grant. The fact that the Hanafis did not find it religiously correct and accepted the view that the grant could legally return from the grant is not absolute, it is bound by some conditions
