Kebijakan Hukum Gheotermal Di Indonesia Dalam Menghadapi Krisis Global

Geothermal is becoming an increasingly important resource in this modern era as the world's dependence on fossil fuels decreases. Indonesia as a country with considerable geothermal reserves requires adequate legal policies to utilise this potential. However, Indonesia is also faced with a global crisis that requires special attention in the development of environmentally friendly energy resources. This research uses normative legal research methods. The result of this research is that geothermal legal policy in Indonesia is regulated through Law Number 27 of 2003 concerning Geothermal, which provides a legal basis for the utilisation and management of these resources. However, this policy needs to be improved to suit the demands of the current global crisis
