FORMATION OF INFORMATION SUPPORT OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF AN ENTERPRISE

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the recommendations on the formation of mechanism for information support of foreign economic activities of food industry enterprises. The concepts "information", "information support", "information system", "information model" are characterized. Theoretical aspects and features of information support of the industrial enterprise are examined. The advantages of using modern automation methods in industrial enterprises are determined. The authors present general scheme of the system of information communications between the structural divisions of food industry enterprises and inter-linkages between the main parties of the internal information support at the industrial enterprise: information user, analyst-executor and registrar. It is suggested to use tools in the form of their own information bases, models, IT programs, special international agencies and international data bases for the information provision of foreign economic activities of food industry enterprises. Information support of the elements of the external environment of foreign economic activities of the enterprise (demand, supply, infrastructure, methods of competition in a certain market, innovative production technologies, peculiarities of foreign economic activities in a particular region) is characterized. The mechanism for the formation of information support of foreign economic activities at the enterprise is suggested. Basic components of the information space at the industrial enterprise, namely hierarchical network of the enterprise divisions, channels of communication relations and information funds, are determined. An appropriate structuring algorithm for effective information technologies exchange has been developed in order to ensure the unanimity of information space formed at the enterprise. They include: hierarchical model of communication relations; means of information flows and funds formation; routes of information revenues; traffic information channels.
