NEEDS AND RESERVES FOR INCREASING THE SCIENTIFIC-TECHNOLOGICAL AND INNOVATION POTENTIAL OF UZBEKISTAN AND INTRODUCING INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENTS IN THE SECTORS OF THE ECONOMY

The article explores the needs and reserves for increasing the scientific, technological and innovation potential of Uzbekistan and introducing innovative developments in the sectors of the economy. The article is based on the analysis of the current state of scientific and technological achievements, innovation activity and infrastructure in the country. The article emphasises the importance of developing innovation infrastructure and supporting innovative enterprises. This requires creating favourable conditions for the development of innovative start-ups, providing financial support and tax incentives for innovative projects, and improving mechanisms for the commercialisation of scientific developments. The author points out the importance of strengthening the interaction between scientific research and industrial enterprises.
