Objective: The study aims to find the incidence of congenital abnormalities among less than 8 years paediatrics population. Methodology: 3380 children belonging to <8 years were included in this study. Study was conducted from 2010 to 2015. The information related to gene related diseases was taken by detailed history. Family history was also taken in detail about disease. Investigations were performed to find out the chromosomal abnormalities related to the disease. Results: Thee most common chromosomal abnormality related to diseases was instinctive fault in chemical processes. 7.8 percent had this abnormality.
