Towards Effective Teaching and Learning in Nigeria Secondary Schools: Strategies, Challenges and Prospects

This is paper examined the administrative strategies, challenges and prospects in teaching and learning in Nigeria Secondary Schools. The paper emphasized on the meaning of Administration, the concept of strategies, effective teaching and learning, strategies for improving teaching and learning and importance of administrative strategies in the school system. The topic under discuss actually suggest the needs for administrative strategies in the school system. This implies that the school system in realizing its aims and objectives, the administrative strategies must be put in place. Strategies on school advancement demand collective effort of all stakeholders in the educational system. In the same vein, the deployment of human and material resources and how these resources can be put into effective use in improving the school system should be an utmost priority to the stakeholders in the educational industries.
