This study aims to determine the management of the science laboratory which consists of organizing, implementing, supervising, planning, laboratory facilities and direct evaluation in the science laboratory at SMPN 10 Jember. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the following is the organization that is carried out is still not in accordance with laboratory management rules, the implementation of the science laboratory work program is still not running intensively, the science laboratory work planning has not been carried out properly, the laboratory facilities are inadequate, monitoring and evaluation are carried out internally, the factors Factors that influence the management of science laboratories at SMP Negeri 10 Jember are laboratory assistants, students, time, and limited tools and materials
