This is a presentation is part of OLS 7 and is from a project created with the vision of promoting inclusivity, equity, and diversity by actively addressing the lack of representation and embedded codification of different and diverse genders in the design and development of new policies and technologies, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI). We aim to bridge the gender gap by advocating for the inclusion of underrepresented genders, especially the ones from the Majority of the World, in all stages of policy and technology design, development, deployment, implementation, and auditing, ensuring their voices, perspectives, and needs are fully integrated in a meaningful way
