This study aimed to identify the challenges encountered by senior high school teachers in the delivery of modular distance learning modality. This study employed both quantitative and qualitative research designs. Results of the study served as a basis in formulating a proposed training program for teachers. The respondents of the study were 25 senior high school teachers from Alimodian I. A four-point likert-scale instrument was used to identify the challenges encountered in modular distance learning. Open-ended questions were used to gather more information on the challenges as well as coping mechanisms to overcome such challenges.
