The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the possibilities of fulfilling irrigation and other miscellaneous demands by managing the reservoir system of Bramianos-Myrtos Dams, examining its current operation and the gradual development of new projects and strengthening of the existing ones. Possible withdrawals arise from a series of scenarios that examine individual features of the existing (or proposed) technical projects involved. The implication of future projects is examined by setting up a simulation model with alternative size and function scenarios, using appropriate stochastic time series and optimization procedures for reservoir systems management
