ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОГО АНТИКОРУПЦІЙНОГО БЮРО І ДЕРЖАВНОЇ СЛУЖБИ ФІНАНСОВОГО МОНІТОРИНГУ УКРАЇНИ

To date, in the context of improving the anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine, the urgent need is to radically reform the specialized anti-corruption body of Ukraine and its interactions with other public authorities to create an effective mechanism for combating corruption. The article analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the term «interaction»; it is proposed to reform the specialized anti-corruption body by involving other specialized agencies whose cooperation can increase the level of disclosure of corruption with corruption component, the features of interaction between the bodies of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the State Financial Monitoring Service Ukraine within the framework of the anti-corruption program of Ukraine, effectiveness has been identified the coordination of these bodies in the fight against corruption, the main authorities of the bodies in overcoming corruption, the main directions of improving the interaction between these bodies are proposed, the concept of state financial monitoring is outlined, noted the foreign experience of the functioning of specialized anti-corruption bodies, analyzed the possibility of attracting foreign experience in the fight against corruption crimes. Creation of an effective mechanism for combating corruption can be carried out by reforming the specialized anti-corruption body of Ukraine and improving its interrelations with other state authorities, in particular with the State Financial Monitoring Service. In close co-operation, the bodies of NABU and SCFM should deal with the detection of corruption financial schemes and fraud, prevent the detection of corruption financial schemes and fraud, prevent the removal of funds from the offshore and signs of political corruption at higher levels of government, regardless of the status of a person in society and the degree of their influence
