Today, the management of water resources has been taken into consideration based on sustainable development in the world. Natural events such as floods have been among human problems in the past and present and hydrologists have always given lot attentions to this issue. Determination of the amount of the flood in drainage basins depends on hydrologic and hydraulic parameters of the basin.
