Unele reflecții privind trăsăturile infractorului recidivist din Republica Moldova

The personality of the offender, as a concept, includes all the features and features, relevant from a criminological point of view. Regarding the personality of the recidivist, due to the high social danger, it represents one of the most dangerous individualizations of the typology of the offender. Repeated offenses by the same person indicate some shortcomings in the effectiveness of corrective and re-education measures. Recidivist criminals present an increased social danger, because at the current stage, we find the tendency to "professionalize" in some types of crime.
