: This study is to test the effect of knowledge sharing and knowledge management on member competencies and its impact on member performance. The object of this research is Kodam Iskandar Muda, located in Aceh Province, Indonesia. The population is its member (employee) as much as 297 people. The sample is taken using cencus method, so the amount is alos 297 people as respondents. The verification of causality test uses structural equation modeling (SEM). The indirect effect is tested using Sobel test.
