This study aims to investigate the readiness of teachers on the Learning Resources on Wi-Fi Hub for Expanded e-Learning (LR on WHEeLs) as a flexible learning option to expand the reach of e-learning to far-flung villages, particularly those outside of the service coverage of major telecommunications companies and internet service providers. Quantitative research is employed in this study using an online survey questionnaire in the collection of data.
