This deliverable is the public communication and dissemination plan of INCOVER project. The document details the communication strategy implemented for this three-year project. The main components of the communication strategy are described: What (messages and content), Who (targeted audience), How (channel and tools used). It gives the operational procedures to be followed by the partners for each communication and dissemination activity undertaken within INCOVER project. The deliverable was updated during the second year of the project, to explain the main changes decided during the project and to reset the objectives, in order to always improve the quality of the communication and dissemination activities.
