ABSTRACT Zeolite have been increasingly used in many application areas such as industry, agriculture, environmental protection and even medicine. The overall goal of this work is to test the efficiency of natural zeolite as a filtering media for treating of Cadmium in water and study effect of concentration on efficiency of removal. The possibility of using natural Sudanese zeolite has been investigated for the removal of Cadmium as a model component of heavy metals.
