Inability of organizations to modify or reconfigure their operational capabilities in line with changing business environment constitute major problem of survival for the affected organizations. In the light of this observation, the research sought as its broad objective to explore the relationship between transformation capability and employee performance of selected manufacturing firms in Delta State.
