Assessment of personnel security in the management system of modern enterprises

Relevance of the research topic. The study of personnel security assessment in the management system of modern enterprises is due to the lack of a unified approach to the implementation of the algorithm of this process. Formulation of the problem. To assess the level of personnel security of modern enterprises, it is necessary to develop an integrated assessment that would combine various indicators that reflect certain aspects of personnel security. This assessment makes it possible to trace the dynamics of personnel security, to forecast its state in future periods, to assess its impact on the performance of the enterprise, which determines the relevance of the research topic. Setting the purpose and objectives of the study – to study the assessment of personnel security in the management system of modern enterprises. Research method or methodology. The article uses the method of systematization, classification and theoretical generalization; economic and mathematical method; economic and statistical method. Presentation of the main material (research results). It is proved that the integral indicator of the motivational component of personnel security is significantly influenced by the growth rates of the wage bill, the growth rate of average wages and bonuses, and the impact of the bonus factor is the largest. The integral indicator of staffing and efficiency of staff use is significantly influenced by the coefficients of staff turnover, turnover from retirement and dismissed at will, and the impact of the turnover rate from retirement is the largest. The coefficients of occupational injuries, labor discipline and severity of injuries have a significant impact on the integrated indicator of protection of staff life, and the impact of the coefficient of severity of injuries is the largest. The coefficients of professional experience, work experience at the enterprise and innovation activity have the greatest impact on the integrated indicator of the professional component of personnel security. The coefficients of professional development, development of business qualities of employees and personal potential and compliance of qualifications with the position hold have a significant impact on this integrated indicator. The relationship between the assessment of the professional component of personnel security and the coefficients of age structure and educational level of staff has not been identified. Thus, all indicators of the social component of personnel security have a significant impact on the integrated assessment of this component. The coefficients of assessment of the psychological climate in the team, satisfaction with working conditions and satisfaction with management have the greatest influence. It is substantiated that all indicators of personnel security system assessment have a significant impact on the integrated assessment of this component. The most influential are the availability of personnel security strategy at the enterprise, the presence of a personnel security management unit and the flexibility of the personnel security system. Field of application of results. The results of the study can be used in the practice of modern enterprises to improve the implementation of personnel security policy and management system in general. Conclusions on the article.
