The ALMA Large Program to INvestigate CII at Early Times (ALPINE) is an ALMA program designed to study the gas and dust properties of a representative sample of more than one hundred main sequence star-forming galaxies with spectroscopic redshifts between 4 ~10 MSun/yr and stellar mass ~9 < log(Mstar) < ~11. I will show some preliminary results of the survey, focusing on: (1) the observed [CII] emission and its connection with other physical quantities at high-z (e.g., the well known [CII]-SFR relation, [CII]-Mstar); (2) the overall spectral properties of CII spectra and their evolution with redshift; (3) early results obtained from the stacking analysis of [CII] spectra / data-cubes, providing new insights on star formation-driven outflow...
