The purpose of the article is to study the assets and their management functions that can be transferred to the management of ARMA. Research methodology. The work uses general and special scientific cognitive methods, and the specific combination depends on the purpose and objectives of the study. The use of methods of formal logic makes it possible to define, clarify and supplement certain concepts and supplement certain terminological categories and, accordingly, to systematize the conceptual and categorical apparatus. Methods of formal logic and logic of essence, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, analogy and induction are also used. The scientific novelty of this article is that it is a study of some problematic issues related to the implementation of anti-corruption policy, as well as the assets that can be transferred to arma, as well as the characteristics of such assets. Conclusions and prospects for further research. It can be concluded that one of the functions of the National Agency of Ukraine for Detection, Investigation and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes, namely the management of confiscation of property, is the successful implementation of relevant EU practices in Ukrainian legislation.
