This study was about studying the impact of talent management practices on employee retention with respect to selected private hospitals in Sangli city. The objectives of the study were To study the current practices of talent management adapted for employee retention by selected hospitals in study area ,to study the relationship between talent management, employee turnover, employee retention practices in selected hospitals in study area.
