Here, we present a numerical scheme to solve optimal control problems with time-varying delay system. This method is based on Lucas wavelets and Galerkin method. Operational matrices of integration and delay for Lucas wavelets are proposed. Then, Galerkin method is used to solve the mentioned problems . Numerical results are included to demonstrate the efficiency of the present technique
