The sequence of implementation of management functions to improve the enterprise

The subject of research is the theoretical and methodological foundations of the process of developing the sequence of implementation of management functions and conceptual principles of their operation in order to improve the work of the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to develop and form a methodology for making and implementing appropriate management decisions aimed at improving the interaction of management levels in the enterprise. Research methods. The work uses general and special methods of research of economic processes, analysis of management functions and synthesis of processes aimed at improving the enterprise. Results of work. As a result of writing the article, it was found that the company as a whole has special functions (functional subsystems) that reflect the specific economic content of the management system. Among them – the subsystem «Production Management». Functional units of each subsystem characterize the organizational structure of enterprise management, which leads to compliance with the content of the function, factors and form of management. Each of the subcontracted and interconnected parts of the control system implements a certain part of the management process. For a functional enterprise management system, the management apparatus is organized at the level of the enterprise and each unit. Since the enterprise management system is crucial in achieving the goals of the enterprise, it is related to the functional subsystems. For each of the main units can be divided into four main functional subsystems: management of economic activity; management of technological preparation of production; operational production management; production maintenance management. Area of application of results. Economics and management of the national economy at macroeconomic, regional and microeconomic levels, enterprise management, management, strategic management. Conclusions. As a result of the study, taking into account all the additional factors and specifics of enterprises, we can conclude that the main goal in production management – to achieve the rational functioning of production units as a result of top management, in the production process between units established certain production relations. reflect the links between direct producers, management staff and the organization of joint activities of production participants. The ultimate goals for the enterprise as a whole and for each unit determine the direction of transformation of relations of production and management and, thus, the requirements for the organizational structure, organization and management process.
