Objective: The aim of this research work is to determine the occurrence of the Met-S (Metabolic Syndrome) among patients suffering from Type-2 diabetes as well as its cardio-vascular impacts with the utilization of the instructions of World Health Organization and NCEP, a program for cholesterol education. Methodology: We selected the 380 patients randomly who were suffering from Type-2 diabetes. The duration of this research work was from March 2017 to July 2018 at Nishtar Hospital Multan.
