Cleft lip and palate (CLCP) is the disorder which is characterized as opening or splits in upper lip or palate of the oral cavity or both. Studies have come to noticed the cause of CLCP among individuals is due to the interactions of genetic and environmental factors. Third molars are the frequent impacted teeth followed by upper arch cuspids. Recent development in 3D imaging has been gold standard method in dentistry especially in orthodontics. Evolution in development of Cone Beam Computed Technology has helped in localization of impacted tooth.
