Ownership of Shares in a Limited Liability Company can be owned by the Holder. Shares whose names are listed in the register of shareholders. The issuance of Presidential Regulation Number 13 of 2018 concerning the Application of the Principle of Recognizing Beneficial Owners of Corporations in the Context of Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes and Terrorism Financing Actions which contains BO definitions and criteria, namely referring to individuals who are ultimate (final beneficiaries) or holders of peak authority highest authority who has full control over the company.
