The feeling of organizational cynicism is the negative aspects of organizational behaviour arena and is major obstacles in smooth functioning of the business firm. Current study focuses on hotel industry at Delhi, to gauge the association of organizational cynicism with turnover intention and to check statistically whether association is significant or not. Adapted questionnaire was the medium to capture the information related to the study and respondents were the employees working in hotel industry at Delhi. 249 samples from the population were analysed through SPSS (version 20).
