The paper presents the results of studing phytopathogenic micromycetes on the territory of Dernova river valley (Trostianets district, Sumy region). In total, 49 species of 21 genera, 10 families, and 10 orders from Ascomycota, Basidiomycota and Peronosporomycota were collected. The main features of ecological and trophic structure of phytotrophic micromycetes species composition were established. The association of phytotrophic micromycetes with 46 species from 23 families of host plants, mainly Rosaceae, Asteraceae, Poaceae, Fabaceae, and Polygonacea, is described
