Women's Entrepreneurial Motivations and Obstacles in The State of Haryana

In recent years, there has been a shift towards women playing an active part in the role of entrepreneur in the growth and development of the economy of the nation. Nowadays, women may be found working in a wide variety of professions, including engineering and electronics, ready-made clothing and fabrics, edibles, handicrafts and doll making, textiles and medicines, and more. The majority of these women live in metropolitan areas, have completed a sufficient level of education, and in some cases possess specialised skills. In addition, they are providing themselves with some training and financial assistance. The current study is comprised of one hundred female entrepreneurs from the state of Haryana, and the sample was gathered via the use of the approach known as experience sampling, which involves personal contact. Describe the research work that was done directly based on the challenges that were faced by female business owners. For the purpose of this study, a questionnaire has been developed that asks female entrepreneurs about their experiences with a variety of challenges, including those related to finances and money, family and social responsibilities, and other issues
