This paper aims to explore the views of stakeholders about the web based learning. Data were collected from 201 students, 124 faculty members, 191 parents and 71 employers. Four separate summative content analyses were used for analyzing the data. Results indicated that students were happy for securing good marks during online exams and were not concerned about the learning opportunities. Whereas, majority of parents were concerned about the learning of their children. However, both parents and students consider online education to be the waste of money but consider it to be a good mechanism for continuing academic activities during the pandemic.
