As the market sees a growth in the electronic food delivery apps services, it becomes important to analyze the market, the consumer behavior and perception towards the service. This will in turn help to understand what the consumer wants. By capitalizing on these findings, the companies can innovate and define new strategies and serve them better. The problem which the researcher studied in the paper was to study the perception, satisfaction and behaviour of college students towards electronic food delivery platforms in Mumbai.
