Classroom management is a teacher’s attitude and action which help him to manage classroom activities, specially student behavior. A teacher’s approach to classroom management may be classified as interventionist, noninterventionist, or interactionalist. This paper tries to analyze interactionalist belief of teachers and subsequent behaviour, important models/ theories under interactionalist approach and bring forth some strategies of interactionalist approach of classroom management which can decrease classroom problems.© The Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Sikshanamandir
