This report compiles key recommendations on how to better integrate the gender dimension in the EURAXESS network. The recommendations were gathered through different workshops (i) Training workshop: Building a gender equality plan – the role of participative methods, ii) Webinar Good Practices for Achieving Gender Equality in Recruitment and Career Development Of Researchers In Europe, and iii) GEARING Roles OTM-R Training Workshop), and through the input gathered by both mentors and mentees of the Feminist Leadership in Science (FELISE) mentoring programmed organized within work package 4 (WP4)
