Introduction: Effective communication is one of the most essential aspects of nursing care in the emergency room. In Saudi Arabia, the emergency department must exert considerable effort to surmount communication barriers. Due to the fact that the majority of emergency department personnel in different regions of the United Kingdom are immigrants from other countries who speak other languages, there is a communication barrier that must be surmounted in order to overcome the communication risks in ER.
