Abstract This paper highlights the results of conducted research on the issues of physiological and morphological features of new lines of fine-fiber cotton such as Gossypium barbadense L. L-2006, L-167, L-5440, L-5445, L-1, L-10, L-663, L-450, and varieties like Marvarid, Surkhan-14 and Termez-31 in different conditions of water regime. In fact, in comparing optimal water supply and modeling drought with studying the lines and varieties of fine fiber cotton depending on individual genotype reaction in different levels indicated decreasing water content and intensity of transpiration in the leaves.
