Anthropology is the scientific study of humankind. It studies mankind concerning ambiguous/multifarious aspects such as a man being a social animal, his stance in socio-cultural predicaments, his religious stance, familial condition, political arena, etc. The transition period of homo sapiens from being a primitive man to a civilized being also marks with development of the traditionally ritualistic community, but what may be the reason and purpose behind those rituals? what such rituals remain among us today?
