Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors are preferred drugs in congestive heart failure. The incidence of congestive heart failure is increasing today. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the incidence of first dose hypotension (captopril) with ACE inhibitors in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).
