The study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of Monitoring and Evaluation system on performance of secondary school teachers (SSTs) in Information Communication Technology (ICT) usage. The study was conducted in 188 secondary schools of Directorate of Federal Government Educational Institutions Rawalpindi.The performance levels of 269Secondary Schools Teachers were observed by 134 Principals, 19 Conveners and also data were collected from 349Secondary School Teachers seeking their opinions about their own performance regarding use of ICT.The performance of SSTs was observed before and after implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation System in use of ICT as a national professional standard for teachers in Pakistan, therefore, it was ...
