The fish locomotion has received enormous amount of attentionand yet, as writing this paper, the current status is really poor. In this paper, the rule of thumb for fish was established for the first time. It was found that the tail flexibility has exponential effect on the fish propulsion while the tail height effect is a change from R3 to R4 . The prevailing main model for the fish locomotion partially violates the first and the second thermodynamics laws. To today the real progress is very minimal like the measurement of the movement of the gravity centroid.
