The purpose of the present study was to find out the Effects of Plyometric and Circuit Training on Physical Fitness Selected Variably of Tennis Players. For this study 45 Boys students studying at School Game Tennis Players Jaipur Rajasthan, of the age group 13 to 16 years were selected for the study. 45 students equally divided into three groups i.e. 15 students in Plyometric Exercise Group A, 15 students in Circuit Training Group B and 15 students in Control Group.
