The aim of this study is to investigate the various factors that exert an influence on the satisfaction of households with public healthcare services in the context of Pakistan. The effect of these factors was assessed by incorporating various covariates, including socioeconomic factors, demographic characteristics, regional influences, and healthcare facility-related variables. The empirical analysis in the study utilised data obtained from the PSLM survey conducted during 2019-2020. The empirical evidence presented in this study is derived from the Logit model.
