Analisis Upaya Peningkatan Self-Confidence Siswa kelas V SD IT Fithrah Insani 4 Pangalengan dalam Public Speaking

This research is motivated by preliminary observations by researchers, researchers find interesting things from fifth grade students at SD IT Fithrah Insani 4 Pangaelangan. The students have good confidence and very sociable. Researchers want to analyze Efforts in increasing student self-confidence can be done by many parties, with the following percentage: 44.84% of parents, 37.93% of teachers, others such as friends, relatives and community as much as 10.34% and self 6.89% themselves. Self-confidence is the harmony between thought and soul satisfaction with the ability possessed, so as not to be restrained to hone their potential, do not have doubts because they have adequate knowledge and understanding, dare to make a relationship such as friendship and also this is one of the soft skills that can support success. Self confidence becomes the main capital in public speaking. Public speaking is a part of communication science that includes a person's ability to speak in front of a crowd or the public, both in the form of groups or individuals using a strategy that is considered appropriate.
