Criminal Liability for Violation of Business Practices

This article examines the civil legal framework for entrepreneurial activity and enumerates the types of legal liability for offences in this field of activity. Much of the attention is paid to the specificity of bringing those responsible for illegal business activities to criminal responsibility. Sets out the methods of committing an unlawful act under Art. 171 of the Criminal Code. It sets out proposals for changing the sanction of the criminal law article providing for liability for illegal business activities. The aim of the work is that based on the current views on the institutions of criminal law, the study of criminal law, criminological and sociological literature, analyzing criminal practice, you can solve the issues of criminal liability for non-compliance with the implementation procedure in the field of business, recommend the rules for qualifying actions perpetrators of unlawful acts in the above-mentioned area, as well as to develop proposals for the improvement of the criminal law of law
