CAPACITY BUILDING FRAMEWORK

This deliverable introduces the capacity building framework for the REFLOW project. Its aim is to frame the overall approach used within the project to identify the necessary skills to support the transition to a regenerative and circular cityand describes the overall strategy to produce the resources and knowledge to bridge the identified skills gap. This deliverable is complemented by other deliverable parts of work package 6, namely D6.2 community of practice, D6.3 capacity building toolkit, D6.4 digital resources and learning courses as well as D6.4 collaborative case studies
