Today, the actual issue is the involvement of personnel in organizations. This article discusses the need to build a system of personnel involvement based on the theory of generations. Definitions of such concepts as "system of involvement" and "generation" are given. The article characterizes the theory of generations and highlights its main aspects. The main attention is drawn to the difference between generations X, Y and Z in the context of their values. In conclusion, based on the analysis of generational data, ways are given to involve employees of each generation
