Shell script to reproduce Figures 1(a,b,c) in the paper. Corrections have been made since the version attached to v1 of the paper, at https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2211.09852. To run the script in a Linux environment: source SOFIA_Script.sh (strip the extra .txt extension from the filename if it appears). Requires the Starlink software packages available at https://starlink.eao.hawaii.edu/starlink (open source, supported by the East Asian Observatory). The script is commented so that it can easily be translated to equivalent tasks in other packages for single dish spectroscopy. The paper is a Comment to "Phosphine in the Venusian Atmosphere: A Strict Upper Limit From SOFIA GREAT Observations" by M.
