In recent years Swaziland’s medical field has been graced by computerised data collecting systems and the installation of computer work stations in most health care facilities. This was in response to the invention of new and improved imaging technologies in high income countries. Establishing the impact of this development requires investigation of predictor variables such as perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and the technology diffusion pattern as it varies from one country to another.
